Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive 15+ minutes late for your appointment, your session will be automatically cancelled and you will owe the full amount of your booked session.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance.

If notice is given in less than 24 hours you will be charged the full amount of your booked session.

Appointment No-Show Policy

The full amount for your session will be due immediately.
